Is the 28 Days to Health program safe?

YES! We have witnessed thousands of our clients benefit from learning how to incorporate healthy eating habits, detoxification practices and supplementation into their daily lives.

Should I consult with my physician before doing the program?

Yes. We recommend our client's partner with their primary care physicians for two main reasons. First, many of our clients experience considerable changes in their health profile and may benefit from thorough pre and post examination comparisons. Second, because many of our client's experience significant improvements in their condition, their need for prescription medications may be altered. When this is the case it is only appropriate for their primary care physician to be the one who makes adjustments to their prescription.

For whom is this program recommended?

Anyone looking to lose weight, increase lean muscle mass, improve mental clarity, increase their energy, enhance their athletic performance, alleviate digestive issues, eliminate headaches, muscle and joint pain and improve blood sugar levels.

Is this program good for the whole family?

Absolutely! Not only is this program safe and beneficial for all ages, it has been shown to bring family's back together through improved health and support.

Is this program a fad or based on real science?

The 28 Days to Health program is a culmination of leading, scientifically accepted nutrition practices. These "best of breed" concepts have been formatted into a simple, easy to follow program that has proven to be successful for thousands of people.

Do I have to count calories or deprive myself?

NO! Over the course of 28 days we will teach you how to make delicious, healthy, satisfying meals that do not include calorie counting or deprivation.

Is this program sustainable?

Yes. Our clients frequently comment on how easy it is to practice the 28 Days to Health lifestyle on an ongoing basis. We will educate you on how to continue to make good choices relating to your health.

I already feel ill, will this program make me feel worse?

It is not uncommon for our clients to experience "detoxification symptoms" like headaches, nausea, fatigue, body aches or other flu-like symptoms during the first few days of the program. Our clients are educated on how to best prevent and manage these symptoms if they occur.

Will this program help me lose weight?

Our clients regularly experience significant weight loss during the 28 Days to Health program.

Do I have to eat shakes the whole time or can I eat whole foods?

This is your choice. Shakes are more convenient and can be measured more accurately for content, but are not required. You will be given 28 days of whole food recipes and shake recipes to be used as you desire.

Can I improve my athletic performance?
